This policy applies to the website https://kursomat.com/ in its German and English versions. It does not apply to the eCourse Generator application and the Plan Shop of TyskTech GmbH at app.planshop.prodapps.net, where you create an account, order a plan and generate courses; those are covered by the application’s own privacy policy (section 6).
You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide us with personal data. Without the technical data listed in section 3, however, the website cannot be delivered to you; everything else — an email to us, moving on to the application — happens only when you initiate it yourself.
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Friedersdorf, Germany. all-inkl processes the data listed below as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR on the basis of a data processing agreement, solely on our instructions and on servers in Germany; no transfer to a third country takes place.
When you open a page, your browser necessarily transmits data to the web server, which records it in an access log:
The purpose is to deliver the website and to keep it running securely and reliably — detecting errors, outages and attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in exactly that operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are not merged with other data, not evaluated for audience measurement or advertising, and not passed on to third parties. Retention: [retention as configured in KAS]; the logs are deleted after that. The connection between your browser and the server is encrypted (TLS).
When you email us at support@kursomat.com — the “Support” link in the footer opens your email program with this address — we process your email address, the headers transmitted by your mail system, the content of your message and any attachments in order to handle and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your message concerns a contract or steps prior to entering into one, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your message is read only by the people handling your enquiry; no program evaluates it. We keep it for as long as handling your enquiry requires and delete it afterwards, unless a statutory retention obligation stands in the way. This website contains no contact form.
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser’s local storage. It embeds no analytics, statistics or advertising services, no tag manager, and no fonts or scripts from content delivery networks; fonts, stylesheets, scripts and images are served exclusively from kursomat.com. Opening a page therefore establishes no connection to any third party, and there is nothing you would need to consent to — which is why the website asks for no consent.
The “Get started” and “Sign in” buttons and the links to the plans lead to the application at https://app.planshop.prodapps.net, the Plan Shop of TyskTech GmbH. From the click on, the application’s privacy policy applies. On that transition your browser usually transmits the address of the page you came from (referrer, an address under kursomat.com) to the application; the recipient is the same controller, and no third party receives that information.
This policy and the legal notice also link to statutory texts (gesetze-im-internet.de, eur-lex.europa.eu) and to the supervisory authority’s website. Such links load nothing when you open our pages; only your click opens the external website, to which its own privacy notice applies.
You have the right to obtain access to the personal data concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR), to have inaccurate data rectified (Art. 16 GDPR), to request erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and to receive the data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR). None of the processing operations described in this policy is based on your consent; there is therefore nothing to withdraw. Should we base a processing operation on your consent in future, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which we base on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — that is, the access logs under section 3 and the email communication under section 4 insofar as it does not concern a contract. We then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Art. 21(1) GDPR).
